Roop Carson (Owner/Manager)
I have a PGCE in Early Years Foundation Stage and KS1; I've had experience managing and developing exciting curriculums in an 'outstanding' SEN school for the EY/Primary department, whilst also ensuring safeguarding and care. I understand the importance of the transition from Early Years to Key Stage 1. 
I am in charge of the day to day running of the nursery, ensuring staff deliver high standards of care and education. 

Scott Carson (Owner)
Scott has been a senior manager in secondary and primary schools as well as being a Deputy Head in an ‘outstanding’ SEN school. Scott will work in the background supporting the management team.

Requirements:

•Minimum NNEB or CACHE/NVQ Level 3 (or above) qualification or equivalent.
•A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
•Paediatric first aid and/or safeguarding and/or basic food hygiene.
•Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
•Good communication skills both written and verbal.
•At least 2 years childcare experience with a sound understanding of the EYFS.
